The AspiroEnergy pneumatic pellet transport system allows the connection of the pellet boiler tank with a main silo where a large quantity of pellets is stored. The automatic system draws the pellet from the silos and transfers it into the tank that needs to be filled.
Thanks to the 3 different versions, SMALL, MEDIUM and LARGE, it is perfectly suited either to small residential or large industrial installations, solving the problem of transporting and refilling pellets and greatly increasing the autonomy in a fully automated way.
AspiroEnergy is an innovative system for transporting pellets even over long distances. It is built entirely in stainless steel and it is easy to apply. It can also include time-based functioning and it is ideal for systems with high height differences between the boiler and the silos.

AspiroEnergy system
AspiroEnergy should be placed above the boiler pellet tank. The control panel manages load times and time-based operation schedules; it also handles both visual and audible alarm signals.
The operation is fully automatic
The discharge valve located below the aspirator detects the lack of pellets in the tank and activates the feeding turbine, which vacuums the pellet for a programmed time; when this time expires, the turbine stops and the material collected in the cyclone falls by gravity into the tank, opening the discharge valve.
The discharge valve does not close only if the hopper is full of pellets, and the sensor does not activate the turbine until the valve closes completely.
TURBINE
The suction turbine creates an air vacuum for pellet intake and a compression for blowing into the dispensing sump, placed under the main tank. Having an intermediate position between the main tank and the central heating plant, it can also be placed in other rooms to eliminate noise.
SILENCER
The turbine silencer is fitted when maximum acoustic comfort is required. Made entirely of stainless steel with sound-absorbing insulation materials.
EXTRACTION SUMP
The pellet extraction sump is located below the main tank. It is used to dose the pellets at the suction stage and is controlled from the control panel of the extractor. It consists of a horizontal extraction auger, a pellet inspection/emptying door, and a launching pit for the AspiroEnergy.
MODULAR EXTRACTOR
The modular extractors can be single or double screw and are used in large tanks combined with inclined planes in fabric, sheet or wood paneling.
