Mechanical workshop to be heated
The shed under review is a 7-meter-high per 400-square-meter large mechanical workshop located in metropolitan Turin.
The company performs precision machining on metals and ferrous materials.
The area was heated by 2 pellet stoves of 16 and 20 kW, which were unable to heat the room to the 16 degrees required.
In order to operate them, the customer was reaching to consume 6 pallets of pellets per year.
The customer was entrusted to ECOEMME from Pino Torinese (TO), our main dealer for that area. (www.ecoemmestufe.it)
Shed heating with a condensing-technology pellet hot air generator
The shed has no structural subdivisions and is averagely insulated; therefore, a 35 kW condensing pellet hot air generator with a direct-throw configuration is perfectly adequate for its needs.
35 kW condensing pellet hot air generator with 270 KG tank
- Weekly programmable wireless thermostat
The chronothermostat allows you to schedule the desired on/off times during the week - Intake air filter drawer
The intake air filter drawer allows the purification of the air taken in and consequently fed back into the room by the generator. It also performs a protective function, suitable for avoiding the risk of any foreign matter being sucked in by the fan.
As a Bluenergy dealer, Ecoemme handled the entire process independently, providing a complete service to the customer: from the free initial inspection to the installation of the heater and its chimney.
Shed heating and money saving
After considering the client's needs, the structural conditions of the hall and the technical features of the pellet hot air generator, our dealer proposed the smaller variant of the AirCalor Condens to the customer.
The pellet hot air generator with a power of 35 kW efficiently and evenly heats the whole shed, fully confirming what was anticipated in the calculations made during the free inspection.
The installation of a high-efficiency air heater such as AirCalor Condens allowed the purchaser to avoid the frequent cleaning operations that he was forced to do by the two stoves in his possession. In addition, programmable ignitions and the remote controls of the wireless thermostat significantly increase comfort and enhance the user experience by providing the required warmth since early morning.
The 35 kW pellet hot air generator and its tank of 270 kg storage occupy an area of less than 2sqm: with this single compact heater, the savings in terms of space were also remarkable.
