Shed to be heated in Brescia
The industrial workshop to be heated is a startup launched inside a 750-square-meter, 7-high shed in the province of Brescia, Italy.
The customer recently expanded their production space and was looking for a solution to heat the shed in an economical and non-invasive way.
He additionally expressed to us the need to be able to carry out the work quickly, so that he could resume his work as efficiently and effectively as before the arrival of winter.
Study and design to heat the industrial workshop
The customer needed to manage the heating of his shed through an advanced temperature control system, as higher temperatures need to be maintained only for certain processing stages.
The customer is therefore looking for a solution with a programmable operating schedule, with no fuel waste and low operating costs.
During the location inspection, we also explained to the client the right place to install the hot air heater, determining together the area required for its operation. We then made a customized draft design to illustrate the configuration in detail.
During our meeting, we submitted to the customer our proposal for the direct rental of a hot air heater, which allows him to try the machine without any purchase constraints and with a predetermined redemption cost.
To heat the 750sqm workshop, we suggested the installation of a 100kW pellet hot air generator equipped with a 600kg pellet tank.
Workshop heating with rented hot air heater
The pellet hot air heater proposed to the customer was in stock, so we were able to ship the machine and install it quickly.
AirCalor heats evenly and with swiveling airflow: the machine was placed inside the shed without the need for air ducts.
The installation, therefore, proves to be unobtrusive and extremely quick, thanks also to the tailor-made design.
It is possible to adjust the room temperature according to daily time slots, so that the heater adapts its functioning and the room temperature to the different production needs of the customer and not vice versa.
The hot air flow it is particularly powerful and can heat even the largest rooms evenly. The thermostat regulates the delivered air temperature, avoiding the introduction of excessively hot air that would otherwise be quickly dispersed, while the cold air that accumulates in the lower part of the environment is drawn in the heater from below, creating a virtuous circle.
The power of the burner is also adjusted according to the heat required, and it eventually shuts down completely once the desired temperature is reached.
AirCalor is thus able to drastically reduce the upward heat loss, decreasing energy waste and actual fuel consumption.
In heating the shed, the customer has improved the efficiency of the entire production cycle, and thanks to the rental option he has the opportunity to experience the immediate benefits without having to make major investments.
